A professional trainer is responsible for ensuring that the client gets the correct training based on their capabilities. In order to adequately assist the client to undergo proper training, trainers inquire more about the clients health, water intake, sleep, dietary habits. The trainer would use such clients information to gauge the daily activity of the client.

As a professional trainer, I am responsible for proper guidance, and properly lead clients to attain their physical health. An evaluation into the clients health history, physical posture, risks, movement, and fitness aids to bring forth an appropriate exercise program for the client. Clients fill a form regarding their health information. A person presenting with high blood pressure would be recommended to get a doctors verification before proceeding with the fitness program (Stuebe, 2009).

Selina Kyle, aged 31 has presented a normal heart rate of 70bpm, has body fat of 33% and weight of 159lb. She has got high-fat content and weight which came about during her pregnancy which are the factors that have brought her to seek exercise towards reducing weight. In addition, her blood pressure is normal which makes her suitable to proceed with the training. This information would be satisfactory to commence training for the client since she does not have any health complications.

Dietary plan after birth according to the Association of Reproductive Health posit that overweight women take additional 500Kcal/day while those with low weight take even more. Underweight women would require more dietary intake to supplement their milk production (Shulman, 2006). Breastfeeding mothers have similar nutritional requirements as pregnant woman hence they need to consume foods rich in nutrients. Notably, lactating women consume more nutrients. Increasing nutritional intake serves to provide enough energy for the mother as noted breastfeeding mother loses 1-4 pounds monthly.

From the table: WE-warm up exercises (involves foam roll: calves, Iliotibial Band, and Latissimus dorsi; static stretch covers calves, kneeling hip flexor stretch, ball lap stretch), CI-circuit interval (involves lounge, push up, side lounge, squats jumps, and prisoner squats). CD-cool down (involves exercises similar to warm up). There is a 20 minutes rest between every activity in each day to enable the client to regain energy and be able to proceed with the next activity.

The assessment chosen serves to provide measures on how breastfeeding women will regain their health. The program provided guides on weekly based practices that will facilitate weight loss for Selina Kyle. Lastly, the nutritional recommendations also aid to provide suitable dietary supplements for breastfeeding mothers in a formulated manner that will support their weight loss without reducing their milk production.

The client will exercise according to her capability where she would feel comfortable. This program is best suited to the client needs of reducing her weight. It provides an analysis of the clients health fitness before the exercise is commenced. Notably, the whole process is in accordance with the physical fitness requirement (Engin-Ustun et al., 2007).
