The School and Community Relations (2012) provide many definitions for public relations; however, the standard definition of public school relation is an accurate and organized informational service that informs the public about the educational activities. There are two primary purposes of public rotations. The first goal is to promote student achievement by establishing a positive environment in the school. Secondly, it makes the public aware of the leading financial report and allows them to understand the concept. On the other hand, school-community relations refer to a program of all level systematic function that to improves and maintain a high student performance level (Bagin, Gallagher, & Moore, 2012). Public relations also refer to as art and social science that involves the examination of trends, forecasting their implications, giving advice to managers and putting in place planned action programs of interest to both the organization and the public. Such communication presents one side meant to influence the opinion of the community. Although the two concepts differ in their fundamental aspects, they both help in the process of communicating with people both within and outside the education facilities.
Common themes that contribute to our understanding of institutional partnerships across the sectors of the school and community
The central issue of communication in the reading describes community college as a broker in the education system. The illustrated form of partnership theme provides the secondary students with a getaway to move from the K-12 to a new program of college that takes four years. A lot of community colleges offer a different program that makes it possible for students to obtain associate degrees within two years. Afterwards, the students automatically transition to partnering universities where they complete their degreed. Apart from being a connector between high schools and the institutions of higher learning, many of these educational partnerships can strengthen student learning. The strengthening happens through college participation, achievements in high school and the attainment of degrees. The theme fundamentally reflects the frequent occurrence of in many educational institutions.

A conceptual model refers to a system of representation that consists of components made of concepts used to make people understand concepts which are used to help people understand, or pretend a theme. The primary conceptual model used in the is the communication model that allows people from different parts of the educational sphere to understand each other and get to know the various concepts of the education (Amey, 2007). The initiative is beneficial to both the teams, the education experts and the students since many students are wearable to apply for programs. Necessarily, many of the students can attend post-secondary schools education programs. However, the model may not be defined just like the one present in the first chapters (Moore, Gallagher, & Bagin, 2012). Additionally, the model follows the same process, but it does follow the same process. In the model, a collection of data occurs through the following the students accepted into such activities. The group involves even those registered in the college and other institutions of higher learning. Although the model does not appear similar to the one indicated in the passage, the implications the results of motivation development and the achievements by learners. Substantially, the model enhances partnership growth as well attainment of goals.
