Brittany is on an intermittent fasting diet where she eats for eight hours and fasts for sixteen hours. George is on a paleo diet where he avoids processed foods, dairy, and grains. Jack is on a gluten-free diet where he avoids all grains. My diet is vegan where I avoid meat, fish, and dairy. I would recommend the vegan diet, and I would use a physician who can test the client to decide the ingredients to include in the diet. I would not use the other diets because the client may lack vital nutrients.

Question two

Jenny Craig diet supports training and can provide lasting results (The Jenny Craig Diet, n.d.). The article Evaluation of 3 Common Fat Loss Programmes (2012) states that the South Beach Diet may not support training and may not provide lasting results. Atkins Diet doesnt support intense training or lasting results (Fat Loss Programmes, 2012). This evaluation assists in the selection of a dieting program. In future, I will look for diet plans that do not harm the bodys required nutritional intake.

Performix Women's 8hr Time-Released Multi (n.d.) states that the multivitamin contains vitamins and minerals. Conversely, the Performix multivitamin for men contains similar ingredients but differs in the amount of Biotin because it requires a higher potency.

An interview with Daniela Ryf, a triathlon athlete, revealed that she had experienced dehydration during a marathon. The situation could have been avoided if water had been consumed adequately. Hydration is vital because of regulation of body temperature. I will encourage it by ensuring everyone drinks enough water before, after, and during training.

Bradley (2014) also states that Vince Gironda was another bodybuilder whose training entailed performing eight sets of 8 reps per body part for each training session. In both cases, the training was done thrice a week (Bradley, 2014).

My first client is Steve, and his limiting factors are excessive working out, poor eating habits, and lack of confidence. The solution is to restrict his workout program. My second client is Jane, and her limiting factors are excessive consumption of food, poor workout habits and snacking at night. The remedy is to enroll her in another diet program. My third client is Sarah, and her limiting factors are poor workout habits, a negative mindset, and excess eating. The solution is similar to Janes.

Question eight

According to Johnson (2017), proteins, fats, and carbohydrates are sources of energy production and affect the overall performance of the body. The recommended proteins are histidine, isoleucine, and valine. The unrecommended proteins are Alanine, Arginine, and Serine (Johnson, 2017). The recommended carbohydrates are complex and simple ones should be avoided. The recommended fats are unsaturated and saturated ones are avoided. The foods that I would recommend in the macronutrients are these three types because they perform essential body functions. The knowledge of macronutrients assists in the selection of dieting programs.
