One puts his or her online reputation at risk when he or she does not regularly go through the social sites from now and again. The reason for going through the social sites is simple. Any person can be angry with you, a jealous competitor or angry client can write any horrible thing online about you. It is true that online reputation can land or deny one their dream job. To have a great impression online, it is crucial there to search yourself and have a setup of Google alert with your name to keep track of the new content of you. All content should also be put in one place and buy your domain name. It is equally important to optimize one's presence in these social sites and keep private things private.

Looking at the "Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics" on page 324, which one do you think is most broken? Why?

Commandment number five is the most broken rule according to me. The commandment states unequivocally that, "Thou shall not use a computer to bear false witness." The commandment means that a computer shouldn't be used to come up with false facts. Photoshopping an innocent man's picture to make him seem guilty is something we see happen on the internet. This is genuinely wrong that's why I feel that commandment number five is commonly broken.
